Getting Started
Requesting Access
- Navigate to the WBS Portal access request page.
- If you wish to request access for additional users, select "Yes" under "Do you want to request access for more users?", then add the users.
- In "How do you want to search for access?", select "Individually".
- For "Filter by type", choose "Application"
- In the "Access" field, type CAPTURE and click "Search".
- A table will appear listing the available access profiles:
- Developer
- User
- Admin
- BDM
- Key User
- Select the appropriate access profile. If unsure, the most common option is User.
- Click "Insert Selected".
- Confirm the selected profile appears under the "Selected Accesses" table.
- Provide a valid justification in the field "Justify the creation of a new user and necessary permissions".
- Click "Next" to proceed with the request.
- Important Notes:
- Access requests are reviewed by the Capture application administrators.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your account has been added to the access group.
- Note: After confirmation, it may take 12 to 24 hours for the access to be fully propagated due to group synchronization delays.
