Requesting Access

  1. Navigate to the WBS Portal access request page.
  2. If you wish to request access for additional users, select "Yes" under "Do you want to request access for more users?", then add the users.
  3. In "How do you want to search for access?", select "Individually".
  4. For "Filter by type", choose "Application"
  5. In the "Access" field, type CAPTURE and click "Search".
  6. A table will appear listing the available access profiles:
    1. Developer
    2. User
    3. Admin
    4. BDM
    5. Key User
  7. Select the appropriate access profile. If unsure, the most common option is User.
  8. Click "Insert Selected".
  9. Confirm the selected profile appears under the "Selected Accesses" table.
  10. Provide a valid justification in the field "Justify the creation of a new user and necessary permissions".
  11. Click "Next" to proceed with the request.
  12. Important Notes:
    1. Access requests are reviewed by the Capture application administrators.
    2. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email indicating your account has been added to the access group.
    3. Note: After confirmation, it may take 12 to 24 hours for the access to be fully propagated due to group synchronization delays.
